Questions we get before the first meeting

Do you charge for the first call?

No. Half an hour, no obligation, and you keep whatever we find. If there is a quick fix we will just tell you what it is.

Do we have to be in Melbourne?

No. We are based in Camberwell and work with clients in most states. Plenty of our projects run entirely over video and email.

How do you quote?

Usually fixed price, based on the complexity of the work, with the scope written down before anything starts. You approve each stage.

We are a non-profit. Is this affordable?

We service non-profits and businesses of all sizes. Tell us the budget and we will tell you honestly what it can achieve.
